Pricing Policy
- Payment for our services is due only after we have reviewed your videos/photos and brief, provided you with a precise quote, and you have agreed to the price. We accept payment via any major credit card.
- In the event that we have not begun work on your project, a full refund will be issued upon your request.
- If we have initiated work on your project and you decide to request a refund, we will make a reasonable attempt to prorate the amount owed and issue a partial refund for any unfinished work. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can complete partial work up to a specific milestone and issue a refund for any remaining incomplete work.
- Once your project is completed, a refund cannot be issued. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and will undertake any reasonable number of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
