User’s PII is retained for as long as it can be used for the purpose it was collected, or for the lifetime of the account being active, whichever is longer, and for any additional lawful purposes related to the improvement of the business and to protect the rights and interests of Company.

Company’s services are not aimed at those under the age of 18, and Company does not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 18.
